Darrel serves as Chief Executive Officer for 1 Stop Resource Group LLC. In his role, he provides overall leadership and directs technology efforts to ensure continuous development and execution of technical strategies that support enterprise goals. With over 15 years of experience, Darrel delivers world-class service and maintains a position as a technical innovative and forward-thing consulting firm. Darrel is also responsible for all aspects of the organization’s information and system technologies.
Darrel holds a Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) Designation which certifies his ability to install, configure, operate and troubleshoot route and switch networks which includes implementation and verification of connectivity to remote sites. As a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MSCE) and Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), he specializes in IT Strategy Development and Network Engineering. He is well-versed in Project Management and Systems Integrations while Operations Management and Multi-Platform Networking exemplify his diverse IT background.
Tracie L. Jones, CISR
Chief Operations Officer
Tracie serves as Chief Operations Officer for 1 Stop Resource Group LLC. In her role, she is responsible for key external relationships including Public Relations, Communications and social capital within the company and between the company and its partners. Tracie plays a critical leadership role in executing strategies developed by the CEO as well as accountability for day-to-day operations.
A graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, Tracie earned a B.S. in Communications with an emphasis in Organizational Communication. Tracie also holds a Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) Designation which assists her in the implementation of various alternative risk financing arrangements. With over 15 years in Management, Tracie monitors business performance while overseeing company protocols. Tracie’s unique ability to foster client service with emphasis on quality assists her in coordinating activities within the framework of established client service policies and procedures
